The YouTube TV launch was a 1 year lead up to launch.

Analyze early product prototype to determine potential for YouTube Creators

Collaborated with multiple Product Managers, Engineering, Strategic Partner Managers, Marketing, Legal and Public Relations on internal and external product documentation

Created Help Center materials to train YouTube Creators and include their content in YouTube TV.

Developed internal training sessions introducing the product and defined talking points for external teams including Strategic Partner Managers.
