TEchnical producer

The American Express UNSTAGED concert series paired popular Music artists with well known Directors. Each show had a unique style and creative approach. As the program Technical Producer, I worked with creative teams to create unique interactive experience for each show.

The results were:

  • a series of interactive chat aggregators incorporating comments from Facebook and Twitter to create one cohesive conversation (Sugarland, Jack White, Coldplay, Mary J. Blige)

  • a chat aggregrator that unlocked downloadable prizes as we reached volume thresholds (My Morning Jacket / Todd Haynes)

  • a pre-Instagram photo submission tool that applied filter to photos (Duran Duran / David Lynch)

  • Multicam experience allowing viewers to choose from 3 live camera angles

Responsibilities:

Built plan of execution for each AMEX Unstaged 2010-2011

Collaborated with YouTube Marketing team, Digitas and American Express representatives to define success metrics of each event

Managed vendors to build custom creative from concept to launch

Managed timelines and milestones

QA’d final deliverables and confirmed they met YouTube Terms and Conditions

Live Switcher for pre / during / post custom graphics on the Custom YouTube Channel.

Coordinated live stream launch and end of show with AEG Digital and The Switch as well as live stream health monitoring

Point person for troubleshooting during live stream and escalated to appropriate teams where necessary
