Product Strategy

After being a member of Mimconnect.com for nearly 2 years, I reached out to the founder to assist with data analysis and 2020 strategy.

Created a simple relational database using BigQuery

Compiled reports from MailChimp, Slack, Eventbrite and surveys

Defined the year-over-year audience return rate for IRL events 2016-2019

Confirmed demographics by region

Clarified the industry and experience level of community members.

Created an Event Proposal recommending regional specific events based on community feedback.
